Terms & Conditions to return ordered products:
Grameen Distribution Ltd. holds the return policy to high regards as we constantly think of the comfort of our customers. The ordered product will be considered eligible for return or exchange if it fulfills one or more conditions of the following conditions-
- If the ordered product reaches to the customer in the affected / damaged / deformed / incomplete condition.
- The customer cannot receive all parts of the ordered product at the time of the sale of the goods ordered.
- If the ordered product not matching to the desired product of the customer.
Exchanges
Because the items we sell are made-to-order and do not have inventory, we do not offer an exchange of an item. We ask that you return the unwanted item for purchase the one you would like instead. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our fulfiller and incurring the shipping cost.
Additional Information
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfiller’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfiller’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
