Return and Refund Policy

অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার নিয়মাবলী ও শর্তাবলী ঃ

গ্রামীণ ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন লিমিটেড তার গ্রাহকদের স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যের কথা বিবেচনা করে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যে রিটার্ন পলিসিটি তৈরী করেছে। অর্ডার করা পণ্যটি ফেরত বা বিনিময়ের জন্য যোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে যদি এটি নিম্নলিখিত শর্ত ও শর্তগুলির এক বা একাধিক শর্ত পূরণ করে

১. অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত/অসম্পূর্ণ অবস্থায় গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌঁছালে।
২. অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য বিক্রির সময় গ্রাহক তাঁর অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে বুঝে না পেলে।
৩. যদি অর্ডার করা পণ্যটি গ্রাহকের অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের সাথে না মেলে।

অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য গ্রহণের শর্তাবলী:
১. পণ্যটিতে  অরিজিনাল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, বিনামূল্যের জিনিসপত্র এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক সকল কিছু অবশ্যই অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
২. পণ্যটি অবশ্যই আসল এবং অক্ষত প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং/বক্সে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
৩. যদি পণ্যটি দ্বিতীয় স্তরের প্যাকেজিংয়ে বিতরণ করা হয়, তাহলে শিপিং লেবেল সংযুক্ত করে একই অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে। প্রস্তুতকারকের বাক্সে টেপ বা স্টিকার লাগাবেন না।

অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের বিনিময়ের শর্ত:
১. প্রত্যাবর্তিত পণ্যটি উপরোক্ত শর্ত পূরণ সাপেক্ষে, অপর একটি নতুন পণ্য গ্রাহকের নামে ইস্যু করা হবে।
২. যদি পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে অসম্পূর্ণ অবস্থায় ফেরত দেওয়া হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা আপনার অর্ডারকৃত সেই পণ্যটিই পুনরায় ফেরত পাঠানোর অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

অতিরিক্ত তথ্য
ভুল ঠিকানা: আপনি যদি এমন একটি ঠিকানা প্রদান করেন যা কুরিয়ার দ্বারা অপর্যাপ্ত তথ্য বলে বিবেচিত হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যটি ফেরত নেয়া হবে। পরবর্তীতে আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা নিশ্চিত করার পরে (যদি এবং প্রযোজ্য হয়) পুনরায় কুরিয়ার করা হবে। সেক্ষত্রে পুনরায় শিপমেন্ট খরচ আপনাকে বহন করেত হবে।

মূল্য ফেরতের শর্তাবলী:
আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী পূরণ সাপেক্ষে টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে:
১.  আপনি যদি অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন এবং আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্যটি না পান তবে আপনি আপনার অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য দাবি করতে পারবেন।
২. পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, বিনামূল্যের জিনিসপত্র এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক সকলকিছু অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে অর্থাৎ অর্থ ফেরত দাবি করার জন্য আসল প্যাকেজটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ করা যাবে না।
৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ এডজাস্ট করার পরে অবশিষ্ট মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০ কার্য দিবসের মধ্যে যথাযথ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করা হবে।

 

Terms & Conditions to return ordered products:

Grameen Distribution Ltd. holds the return policy to high regards as we constantly think of the comfort of our customers. The ordered product will be considered eligible for return or exchange if it fulfills one or more conditions of the following conditions-

1.  If the ordered product reaches to the customer in the affected / damaged / deformed / incomplete condition.
2.  The customer cannot receive all parts of the ordered product at the time of the sale of the goods ordered.
3.  If the ordered product not matching to the desired product of the customer.

Conditions for Return:

1. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, freebies and accessories.
2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
3. If the product was delivered in a second layer packaging, that must be returned in the same condition with shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

Conditions for Exchange:

1. If product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you. 
2. If the returned product meets all the condition an exchange will be issued. 

Additional Information

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfiller’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Refund Policy:

The following are the terms & condition for refund:
1.  If you have paid in advance & don’t receive the product within 7 days of confirming your order, you can claim for refund.

2. Product has to be in the original form & the original package shouldn’t be damaged to claim the refund. 

3. We will process the refund within maximium 10 working days by following original payment gateway after deduct the delivery charge of the product by Grameen Distribution Ltd.
